Stephanie Aviles is an Associate Attorney at Wolf Haldenstein. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for two years for the Hon. Chief Judge Christopher B. Latham at the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of California. Along with her experience in bankruptcy and complex civil litigation, Ms. Aviles further brings a diverse background to the firm from her internships with the Federal Labor Relations Authority; the Department of Labor; and the Hon. Carlos F. Acosta in the District Court of Maryland, District 6, Montgomery County. While in law school, she worked on international labor issues as a research assistant to Prof. Janie Chuang and was on the International Law Review.
