Theodore Bell is Of Counsel to Wolf Haldenstein. Mr. Bell has extensive experience in antitrust law and has litigated notable federal class action antitrust actions on behalf of consumers. He has over twenty years in civil litigation experience and is a member of the Firm’s Business Practice litigation group with an emphasis on antitrust law.
Mr. Bell first joined Wolf Haldenstein in 2003 and has been Of Counsel to the Firm since 2012. Mr. Bell is also the managing member of the firm’s Chicago office.
- Investigates, initiates, and prosecutes complex antitrust, securities fraud and consumer oriented class actions throughout the United States.
- Litigated antitrust cases for price-fixing involving a variety of anticompetitive schemes including the use of most favored nations agreements, retail price maintenance policies, output restriction agreements, manipulation of futures markets, and through the monopolization and/or attempted monopolization of relevant markets.
- Recovered over $75 million for consumers who were adversely affected by antitrust violations of both private and publicly held companies.
- Represented consumers in antitrust litigation against such companies as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Dairy Farmers of America, Babies “R” Us, DuPont, and Noranda.
