Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP (www.whafh.com), a midsize firm headquartered in midtown Manhattan and with offices in San Diego and Chicago, is seeking a litigation associate for its San Diego office and to join a strong litigation practice with a focus on complex securities, antitrust and consumer litigation. We are looking for candidates with related legal experience in the private or public sector. Candidates must be licensed in California and in good standing to practice law and have between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience.  Excellent research, writing, communication and analytical skills required.  We will consider remote work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include handling all phases of litigation, research, drafting, discovery, case management and interpretation of laws and regulations.
