Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP is investigating claims on behalf of customers of The Shubert Organization who purchased tickets recently to see Broadway or Off-Broadway theaters.

The Shubert Organization has announced that hackers gained access to customer information in its servers.  The company advised customers that the data breach resulted in the theft of customer name and credit card information, including expiration dates.

If you booked tickets directly through The Shubert Organization or through Telecharge, TicketMonster, or TicketsAtWork, it is possible that your name and credit card data were accessed and/or compromised.  The Shubert Organization owns the following theaters: Ambassador Theatre; Ethel Barrymore Theatre; Belasco Theatre; Booth Theatre; Broadhurst Theatre; Broadway Theatre; Cort Theatre; John Golden Theatre; Imperial Theatre; Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre; Longacre Theatre; Lyceum Theatre; Majestic Theatre; Music Box Theatre; Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre; Shubert Theatre; Winter Garden Theatre; Stage 42; The New World Stages; as well as the Shubert Theatre in Boston and the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia.

The Shubert Organization has announced that potentially affected customers have been notified by mail.
