Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of owners or lessees of model year 2010 through 2017 Jeep Patriots and 2010 through 2019 Jeep Compasses who have experienced problems with their vehicles’ suspensions or components of their suspensions.  Drivers of these vehicles have reported issues with suspensions and parts thereof such as the ball joints, tie rods, control arms, bushing and bar links.  Suspension problems in these vehicles can manifest in numerous ways including the need to replace any suspension components, difficulty steering (such as the car pulling to one side or another), shaking, shuddering or wobbling of the vehicles, knocking or grinding noises coming from the suspension or wheels, and premature tire wear.
