Duke Law Appoints Janine Pollack for Diversity Initiative

Wolf Haldenstein is pleased to announce that Firm Partner Janine Pollack has been appointed as a Team Leader by Duke Law School’s Center for Judicial Studies to develop Standards and Best Practices for Increasing Diversity in Mass Tort and Class Action Leadership. Ms. Pollack was selected as part of a group of attorneys to create a new set of standards and practices to bring the issue of diversity in leadership to the forefront of discussions regarding the selection of Lead Counsel and other leadership positions in Class Action and Mass Tort lawsuits.

Janine Pollack is a member of the Firm’s Consumer Protection practice. She specializes in complex class actions representing consumers against companies who sell defective products or utilize unfair and deceptive practices to sell their products. Ms. Pollack has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of consumers against numerous worldwide brands. Ms. Pollack joined Wolf Haldenstein in 2013. She practiced consumer fraud for over 20 years prior to joining the Firm.
