Investigation – Resort Data Processing Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of customers of clients of Resort Data Processing, Inc. a property management company in Avon, Colorado, whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in August 2023. Resort Data Processing is notifying customers of their clients that their personal information, including names and financial account information (including credit or payment card information) may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.

If you have received a recent notice of the data breach, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
