Investigation – Limestone Bank Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of individuals with accounts at Limestone Bank whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach.  Limestone Bank was bought by Peoples Bank earlier this year, but Peoples Bank says the breach affected customers of Limestone Bank before the merger.  Peoples Bank is notifying customers that their personal information, including name and financial account number may have been stolen as part of a hack which recently occurred.

If you have received a notice from Limestone Bank or Peoples Bank and have experienced fraud or questionable activity, it is possible that your personal information was compromised and has been offered for sale on the dark web.
