Investigation – Kiefer Aquatics Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of customers of patients of Kiefer Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Kiefer Aquatics) in Bloomington, Illinois whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in July 2022. Reventics is notifying customers who made purchases on www.kiefer.com, www.thelifeguardstore.com, and www.allamericanswim.com between February 6, 2022 and June 28, 2022 that their credit or debit card information may have been stolen and posted on the dark web as part of a recent hack. If you have received a recent notice of the data breach and have experienced recent concerning activity, it is possible that your information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
