Investigation – First Choice Community Healthcare Data Breach
Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of patients of First Choice Community Healthcare whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in March 2022. FCCH is notifying patients in nine of their facilities (Alameda Medical Center, Alamosa Medical Center, Belen Medical Center, Edgewood Medical/Dental Center, Los Lunas Medical/Dental Center, North Valley Medical Center, Rio Grande High School – School Based Medical Center, South Broadway Medical Center, South Valley Medical/Dental Center) that their personal information, including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, patient IDs, health insurance information, diagnosis and medication information, and patient account numbers may have been stolen as part of a recent hack. If you have received a recent notice of the data breach and have experienced recent concerning activity, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
