Investigation – Deer Oaks Behavioral Health Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of patients of Deer Oaks Behavioral Health, a healthcare provider whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in September 2023. Deer Oaks Behavioral Health in San Antonio, Texas is notifying patients that their personal information, including names, dates of birth, addresses, Social Security Numbers, diagnosis codes, insurance information, and treatment service type may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.
