INVESTIGATION – CalPERS/PBI Research Services Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of current and future CalPERS retirees whose information was stolen as part of a hack of the systems of PBI Research Services/Berwyn Group, a CalPERS vendor.  CalPERS is notifying affected individuals that their personal information, including at least their name date of birth, Social Security Number, and other confidential information may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.

If you have received a notice from CalPERS, PBI Research Services, or Berwyn Group and have experienced fraud or questionable activity, it is possible that your personal information was compromised and has been offered for sale on the dark web.
