Investigation – Brady Martz & Associates Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of clients of Brady Martz & Associates PC of Minot, North Dakota whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in November 2022. Brady Martz is notifying clients that their personal information, including names, dates of birth, driver’s license or state ID number, health insurance information, medical information, and/or Social Security Number may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.

If you have received a recent notice of the data breach, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
