Investigation – BHI Energy I Specialty Services Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of people staffed by BHI Energy I Specialty Services, an energy services staffing company whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in June 2023. BHI Energy is notifying employees and former employees that their personal information, including names, dates of birth, , Social Security Numbers, and health information may have been stolen as part of a recent hack.

If you have received a recent notice of the data breach, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
