Investigation –Apria Healthcare Data Breach

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of customers of Apria Healthcare, LLC.  Apria is notifying customers that their personal information, including at least their name and credit or debit card number or bank account number may have been stolen as part of hacks that occurred in 2019 and 2021.

If you have received a notice from Apria and have experienced fraud or questionable activity, it is possible that your personal information was compromised and has been offered for sale on the dark web.
