EDGEPARK MEDICAL SUPPLIES D/B/A RGH ENTERPRISES, INC. DATA BREACH INVESTIGATION

Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of patients of Edgepark Medical Supplies (d/b/a RGH Enterprises, Inc.), whose information may be have stolen in a recent data breach in November 2022. Edgepark is notifying patients that, through their vendor, Rise Interactive Media & Analytics, LLC based in Chicago, Illinois,  that their personal information, including name, email address, phone number, provider information, diagnosis, expected delivery date and health insurance information may have been stolen and posted on the dark web as part of a recent hack.

f you have received a recent notice of the data breach and have experienced recent concerning activity, it is possible that your personal medical information was compromised and is being offered for sale on the dark web.
