Wolf Haldenstein is currently representing three contractors that the County of Onondaga deprived of their constitutionally protected rights when the County Comptroller Antonacci used the power of his office to discriminate against the contractors on the basis of their race.

As alleged in the Complaint, Antonacci engaged in a concerted campaign to harass the contractors through abusive audits, public demand for contract revocation, inappropriate worksite inspections, all in order to discourage the contractors, as well as other minority contractors, from seeking new opportunities to bid for and contract to provide services to the County of Onondaga.
