Investigation – Rutter’s
Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of customers who used a credit or debit card at Rutter’s between October 1, 2018 and May 29, 2019 and whose card accounts have been breached. Rutter’s announced that hackers may have gained access to customer information from all its convenience stores and fuel pumps. They advised customers that the data breach resulted in the theft of customer payment card information, including customer payment card numbers, customer names, and card expiration dates.
If you shopped, ate, or bought fuel at Rutter’s, it is possible that your name and credit card data were accessed and/or compromised.
