Investigation – DiBella’s Subs Data Breach
Wolf Haldenstein is investigating claims on behalf of customers who used a credit or debit card at DiBella’s Subs between March 22 and December 28, 2018 and whose card accounts have been breached. DiBella’s announced that hackers may have gained access to customer information from its restaurants. They advised customers that the data breach resulted in the theft of customer payment card information, including customer payment card numbers, customer names, and card expiration dates.
If you ate at a DiBella’s, it is possible that your name and credit card data were accessed and/or compromised.
