False Claims.

You are working for an employer who has been cheating the government on claims for payment.  That includes billing for goods that are not as described, or charging for services that are not performed, or failing to use the labor specified in a contract.

False claims cost the government – and us all – billions of dollars every year.  Federal and state laws protect against false claims, and give you the right to bring an action, called a qui tam or False Claims Act case, to recover money for the government.  And if your case is successful, you are entitled to receive a portion of the money you recover for the government.

It’s a chance for you to be compensated for doing what is right.
