AFTRA Retirement Fund and JPMorgan Chase Reach Agreement In Principle

The parties in Board of Trustees of the AFTRA Retirement Fund v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A have reached an agreement in principle to settle the matter. The parties are drafting a formal settlement agreement, to be submitted to the Court for approval. The settlement terms will remain confidential until the agreement is submitted to the Court. The settlement is subject to the Court's approval and to certain other conditions. Settlement documents will be posted as soon as they become available. Wolf Haldenstein by Gregory Nespole served as counsel to The Investment Committee of the Manhattan and Bronx Surface Transit Operating Authority Pension Plan, one of the class representatives appointed by the court.
