Wolf Haldenstein Partner Steven D. Sladkus was quoted in the July 11, 2011 edition of The Real Deal in an article concerning noise complaints against the Empire Hotel rooftop bar. Plaintiffs, a co-op at 61 West 62nd St., allege that the bar distrubed nearby neighbors, sometimes into the early hours of the morning, by playing exceedingly loud music. The appellate court has sided with the co-op and ruled for a preliminary injuction. The New York Law Journal also reports the decision.
