Eric B. Levine is a partner of the firm. Mr. Levine’s practice focuses on complex corporate, commercial, and business litigation and arbitration, primarily in the areas of contracts, corporate law and real estate. Mr. Levine also litigates in the areas of creditors’ rights, bankruptcy and securities law.
He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Eleventh Circuits, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Michigan, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Levine is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Levine graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1974, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1977, cum laude and Order of the Coif. He also served as the Associate Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review from 1976‑1977.
