Marc Paley is an associate of the firm. He practices transactional real estate and represents a diverse group of clients including real estate developers and sponsors of condominium offering plans in the New York City area. He devotes a majority of his time conducting sales, purchases and mortgage refinancings for residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Paley is a graduate of Cardozo School of Law (J.D. 1993) and is a member of the bars of the States of New York, New Jersey and Florida. He passed all four parts of the CPA exam and was previously a certified public accountant. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
