Betsy C. Manifold, one of the firm's San Diego-based partners, graduated cum laude and with honors from Middlebury College and earned a Certificate from L'Institut Des Etudes Politiques, Paris, France. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University, where she was named a Thomas More Scholar, and was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 1987. She also attended New York University Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988 and the California State Bar in 1996. Her practice primarily involves complex civil litigation with an emphasis on securities and corporate law and NASD arbitrations representing broker-dealers.
