Francis M. Gregorek, is a partner in the Firm's San Diego office, graduated from the University of Virginia, with High Distinctions, Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta, and attended Durham University, England. He earned his J.D. from New York University Law School and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1979 and the California State Bar in 1989. His practice primarily involves complex civil litigation with an emphasis on securities laws. Mr. Gregorek has also represented foreign governments in United States-based commercial litigation.
