Jared E. Paioff is an associate of the firm. Mr. Paioff's practice areas primarily include general commercial and real estate litigation, with an emphasis on cooperative and condominium litigation.
Prior to joining Wolf Haldenstein, Mr. Paioff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marcy S. Friedman of the New York Supreme Court for the County of New York.
Mr. Paioff graduated from The George Washington University (B.B.A., Finance, 2004) and from Fordham Law School (J.D., 2008). While at Fordham Law School, Mr. Paioff was a Staff Member of the Environmental Law Review and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award cum laude for his participation in the Criminal Defense Clinic.
Mr. Paioff is admitted to the bar of the State of New York.
