Zachary W. Biesanz is an associate of the firm. His primary area of practice is class action litigation.
Mr. Biesanz is the author of Dildos, Artificial Vaginas, and Phthalates: How Toxic Sex Toys Illustrate a Broader Problem for Consumer Protection, 25 LAW & INEQ. 203 (2007). He is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato (B.S. Philosophy and Political Science, 2004) and from the University of Minnesota Law School (J.D., 2008), where he was a student articles editor of Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice, a student director of the Consumer Protection Clinic, and a Stone and MacKinnon scholar. Before joining Wolf Haldenstein, Mr. Biesanz was an intern in the Antitrust Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s office.
Mr. Biesanz is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
