Seth J. Bell is an associate of the firm. Mr. Bell has significant experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. His practice areas include acquisitions, sales, leasing, construction and bridge financing, real estate development, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, rent stabilization, residential and commercial lending.

Mr. Bell’s practice also includes the representation of cooperative and condominium boards with respect to financing, construction, and general real estate matters.

He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.

Mr. Bell graduated cum laude from the State University at Albany (B.S. 2001) and from Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 2004).
